Returns / Delivery Policy
MetroFresh is committed to customer satisfaction. If there is any problem or dissatisfaction with your order, or if there is an incorrect charge on your credit card, call us at 404-724-0151 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re here to help straighten out any issues, and provide a solution or refund.
(Note: orders picked-up in-store will be discounted 5%)
MetroFresh delivers lunch Monday through Friday, from 11 am – 1:30PM.
There is a $20 pre-tax minimum order for delivery, with a surcharge of $2. For orders totaling $35 or greater, delivery is free (a gratuity is not included, and may be added at your discretion). Please allow 30-45 minutes for delivery.
Fulton County sales tax is 8%
In the event that there is an issue or delay with a delivery order, you will be contacted by phone or email within 30 minutes of placing your order.
We will deliver anywhere within a 3-mile radius of MetroFresh’s Midtown location. Deliveries outside this radius will be made at our discretion.
